Payment or booking assistance
Write from your registered email and include your order or booking reference, the date and a short description. This helps us locate the correct record. Please do not send payment credentials, OTPs, passwords or API secrets.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion or account closure, email contact@planata.ai with the subject “Planata privacy request”. We will verify ownership before changing or releasing account information.
Service operator
Planata.ai is currently operated by Ramachandra Raju S as an individual service provider. Service location: India · Online services. Business and payment-operator details will be updated if operations move to a company account.
