Welcome to Planata

Planata.ai is an online astrology and guidance platform operated by Ramachandra Raju S, an individual service provider based in India. These terms apply to use of the website, accounts, digital services and consultation requests. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Cancellation & Refund and Service Delivery policies.

Our services

Planata offers Vedic birth charts, Ashtakoota Kundali Matching, location-based Panchangam, daily, weekly and monthly Rashifal, and Chat with AI GURU. Features are available according to your selected plan and service availability. Human Guru consultations are separate bookings; a request does not itself confirm a session.

AI GURU provides automated, chart-informed guidance. A Human Guru consultation connects you with a person after an agreed session offer. These are distinct services. Use insights alongside your own judgment and practical action.

Your account and birth profiles

Use accurate account and birth details, keep your sign-in access secure, and provide another person’s birth details only with their permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, abuse guides, or attempt to bypass access and usage controls.

Plans, allowances and prices

Free, Plus and Premium allowances and prices are shown on the Pricing and signed-in Plans pages. The final checkout shows the total and purchase duration before you pay. Saved profile limits apply to the profiles held at one time. Question and new compatibility-check allowances reset monthly, including with yearly access. AI service daily and shared limits may also apply.

Plan access is prepaid for the displayed period. There is currently no automatic renewal. Purchasing a plan does not include a Human Guru consultation unless that specific offer explicitly says so.

Payment and access

Payments currently operate in test mode. Test checkout uses simulated funds and does not collect real money. Live purchases will become available only after live checkout is enabled and the relevant price and terms are presented.

Paid access and bookings are confirmed only after the server verifies a successful payment. Closing checkout or seeing a bank notification alone does not establish confirmation. Keep your order reference and check payment status before retrying.

Consultation bookings

Submit your concern and preferred availability. We review the request and, when a suitable guide is available, offer a named guide, time, duration and price. You can review the offer before paying. A booking becomes confirmed after verified payment. Session arrangements are communicated separately; Planata does not currently include an in-app video-call service.

Service use and changes

Features, supported models and future prices may change. The confirmed order records the purchased offer and period. We may restrict misuse or temporarily pause a service for maintenance or provider availability. If a paid service cannot be delivered, contact support so we can arrange resolution under the refund policy.
