Planata currently provides online services. We do not currently sell, ship or exchange physical products. There are no shipping charges or physical delivery addresses required for current services. If physical remedy products are introduced, their separate delivery and return terms will be published before purchase.
Charts, Panchangam and Rashifal
Charts and feature results are provided inside your signed-in account after the required details are submitted and calculation succeeds. Birth profile and feature allowances depend on your plan. Reports are downloaded from the app where PDF access is included; automatic postal delivery is not provided.
Plan access after payment
Checkout currently runs in test mode with no real charges. For both test access and future live access, the server verifies payment before applying the purchased plan. Access normally appears after successful verification; pending or unconfirmed payments may need reconciliation.
If access does not appear, use Check payment status and contact contact@planata.ai with the order reference. Avoid paying again until the earlier order status is checked.
AI answers
AI GURU replies are delivered in the conversation page. Live responses depend on the provider being enabled, request completion and your plan and shared usage limits. Previously saved replies remain available in your account. A plan purchase does not promise unlimited requests or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Human Guru consultations
We review your concern and availability before making a session offer. The offer shows guide, local time/time zone, duration, total price and payment deadline. Confirmation follows verified payment. The session connection method and instructions are communicated by support or the assigned guide before the session.
If no suitable guide or time can be arranged, you are not required to pay. If a confirmed session cannot be provided, the Cancellation & Refund policy explains the available resolution.
